5 Step Oven Pineapple Blueberry Cobbler!

Do you love cobbler but think that it is too difficult to make or clean up? What if told you it is as simple as 4 ingredients, a 9×13 pan a butter knife and a fork? Look no further for the simplest cobbler recipe ever!

Prep Time 10 minutes.
Cook Time 55 Minutes @ 350°
Total Time 1:05 minutes.

Ingredients needed.

  • 1 can of crushed pineapple (20 oz).
  • 1 stick of butter (8 tablespoons).
  • 1 box of yellow cake mix.
  • 20 oz of Blueberries (Fresh or frozen, I prefer frozen).
  • (Optional) 1 half gallon of your favorite ice cream.

 

Step One

(Preheat oven to 350°) Open the can of crushed pineapple and pour the entire can juice and all into a 9×13 pan, then spread it evenly out with a fork.

Step Two

Evenly spread blueberries across the pineapple layer, then with a fork push the blueberries down into the pineapple, to make it more even.

Step Three

Pour cake mix on top of the blueberries and evenly spread the mix out so that all the blueberries are completely covered.

Step Four

Thinly slice butter and cover the top of the cake mix with the thin slices of butter.

Step Five

Bake in the oven at 350° for 55 minutes (or until golden brown).

Let cool for 15 minutes and then serve the pineapple blueberry cobbler with your favorite ice cream!
