5 Step Oven Pineapple Blueberry Cobbler!
Do you love cobbler but think that it is too difficult to make or clean up? What if told you it is as simple as 4 ingredients, a 9×13 pan a butter knife and a fork? Look no further for the simplest cobbler recipe ever!
Ingredients
- 1 Can (20 oz). crushed pineapple
- 1 Stick (8 tablespoons). stick of butter
- 1 Box Yellow cake mix.
- 1 20 Oz Blueberries (Fresh or frozen)
Instructions

(Preheat oven to 350°) Open the can of crushed pineapple and pour the entire can juice and all into a 9×13 pan, then spread it evenly out with a fork.

Evenly spread blueberries across the pineapple layer, then with a fork push the blueberries down into the pineapple, to make it more even.

Pour cake mix on top of the blueberries and evenly spread the mix out so that all the blueberries are completely covered.

Thinly slice butter and cover the top of the cake mix with the thin slices of butter.

Bake in the oven at 350° for 55 minutes (or until golden brown). Let cool for 15 minutes and then serve the pineapple blueberry cobbler with your favorite ice cream!

Not a comment, but a question--would this work with other berries in place of the blueberries??
It should work with any tart berry (marionberry, blackberry, raspberry, etc), The tart berry offsets the pineapple. I am unsure about how it would handle a sweeter berry like strawberries. It might become too sweet. But I've never tried it.
