The Utah Scottish Festival and Highland Games are returning to the Utah State Fairgrounds June 8th-10th and I am super excited to partner with them again. Last year I had a blast attending the festival. From watching the Caber toss and the hay bail tosses to drinking homemade rootbeer taking pictures with a Scottish Santa Claus and a Captain Jack Sparrow; the entire event was amazing. I thoroughly was memorized listening to the wicked tinkers play the bagpipes and drums. All around it was a blast. So I am excited that this year they’ve given me four full weekend passes to give away to my followers! So bring out your inner Scot and enjoy the best Scottish Festival in the west!
Festival Hours are:
Friday, June 8th 5 pm – 10 pm: featuring a Tattoo at 7:30 pm.
Saturday, June 9th 9 am – 10 pm: featuring opening ceremonies at Noon and a concert at 7 pm.
Sunday, June 10th 9 am – 5 pm: featuring a Kirkin’ ‘O the Tartan at 11 am and the closing ceremonies at
4 pm.
